What is the cancellation policy?

We understand that unexpected situations may arise and we want you to know that we will do everything we can to help. If there is availability, we will try to fit you in without disrupting other appointments. We can also prioritize your appointment f
Do you take walk-ins?
Absolutely. All guests are welcome to drop into any Fig Bar to see if we have last-minute availability. We are often fully booked, especially at weekends, so we recommend booking in advance to avoid any disappointment.
What time do you open?
Skincare should work around your schedule. All Fig Bar locations are open daily from 8am - 8pm. Book your next treatment here.
How far in advance should I book?
It’s a great idea to book ahead, as we often get busy and we want to accommodate your desired time slot. We allow booking ahead for up to three months in advance. You can book online, here.
How long will my appointment take?

Absolutely! Call our Guest Concierge Team on +1 888-477-6199 and we’ll find a time to fit you all in. For each new guest, we require the following information to create a Fig profile and secure booking: first name, last name, email, and cell.
I received a gift card for a specific facial. Can I apply the value to a different treatment instead?
Yes. All Fig gift cards represent a monetary value and can be used towards Treatments or Products, in-Fig Bar, and online. To use your physical or digital gift card in-Fig Bar, please make sure you bring it with you when you visit us. To use your phy
What forms of payments do you take?
To enjoy a seamless credit card experience, you can add your credit card to your account. Rest assured that you won't be charged until after your treatment or purchase. We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay.
When does my credit card get charged?
You will not be charged until after you have received your treatment.
Why do you require a credit card at the time of booking?

Do you have parking at your WeHo Fig Bar?
You may park in the parking structure located above the Fig Bar. The entrance can be found up the ramp adjacent to the Fig Bar. We will provide parking validation for up to 60 minutes. Street parking is also an option.
Do you have parking at your Culver Steps Fig Bar?
There is an underground parkade at Culver Steps that offers free parking for up to one hour. After you have parked, you take the elevator, which will bring you to the Erewhon entrance. Formula Fig is right beside there.
Are children allowed in the Fig Bar?
We like children, we have children, but due to Fig being a medical establishment we cannot accommodate small children in the Fig Bar during treatments. Thank you for your understanding.
Do you have a referral program?
Yes, we want you to share your skin confidence with a friend! All you need to do is ask your friend to tell us that you referred them, either when they book or when they arrive at the Fig Bar for treatment. You will both receive $10 off your treatmen
Can we host an event in a Fig Bar?
