We require four hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your facial appointment and 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your injectables + Longevity Treatment appointments. 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call our Guest Concierge team at +1 888-848-1970 or email [email protected]. 

Facial appointments canceled and rescheduled within four hours of your original appointment time will be charged a $35 fee. Injectables + Longevity Treatment appointments canceled and rescheduled within 24 hours of your original appointment time will be charged a $100 fee.
