Memberships FAQs

We offer five monthly memberships. These also include member perks and special member pricing. Here are the answers to some of our most common Membership FAQs.

How do I sign up for a membership?

How do I know which membership tier is right for me?

We believe in committing to consistent skincare. We offer five monthly memberships to give our guests special pricing on monthly facials and special perks — in addition to glowing skin. Find out which membership is right for you with our Membership Q

Can I change my membership tier?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your membership at any time. You can make this request by contacting our Guest Concierge team, or by speaking to our Guest Experience Team in Fig Bar during your next visit.

I'm pregnant. Is there a membership tier that is safe for me?

Yes. Our Basic Membership is pregnancy safe. We alternate the Hydrate + Glow for our Led + Lymphatic. Please inform the team at the Fig Bar that you are pregnant, or let us know here and we can add it to your account.

I have booked a facial, but I also want to become a member. Do I have to sign up before I arrive at the Fig Bar?

You can sign up for a membership in the Fig Bar or online before or after your facial. If you decide to sign up before your facial, your monthly membership facial will be used during this appointment. If you decide to sign up after your facial, your

Is there a minimum age requirement for memberships?

We have many members who began their skin journey with us during their teenage years and we ask for members to be at least 13 years of age. A membership agreement for a minor must be signed by a parent/legal guardian, and we ask that where possible,

Which membership tier is suitable for teenagers?

We recommend the Basic or Classic Membership based on personal skin goals and needs. Our team of Skin Educators can make a recommendation for you on your first visit, and you are welcome to upgrade/downgrade at any time.

What is the minimum membership commitment?

All membership tiers require a six-month commitment period, billed on a monthly basis. After six months, billing continues on a month-to-month contract with the option to pause or cancel at any time.

Can I pause my membership?

Need a break? Taking a vacation? You can pause your membership for up to 3 months. Pauses can be requested by contacting our Guest Concierge Team.

How do I discontinue my membership?

We ask for a six-month commitment for all Memberships. Once you have passed this, youcan request to discontinue your membership by contacting our Guest Concierge Team or when you are in the Fig Bar. If you only need to temporarily pause your membersh

What happens if I miss my monthly facial?

Membership facials must be redeemed in the same month they are issued and do not roll over. Please contact our Guest Concierge team if you’re unable to make your appointment or need support with re-booking.

What is the difference between my monthly membership fee and member pricing?

As a member, you'll make a monthly payment that credits your Formula Fig profile with one facial each month (except the All-Access facial). The amount of your monthly payment and the type of facial credit you receive, depends on the membership tier y

How do I use the Guest Pass that I received as part of my membership?

As a Basic, Classic, Advanced and Ultimate member, you can gift 1x complimentary Hydrate + Glow Facial to anyone you know who has not received a Fig treatment. As an All Access member, you can gift 1x All-In facial to anyone you know who has not rece

Can I transfer my membership facials to another guest?

Membership facials are non-transferable and are for the exclusive use of the member. If you need more time to use your facials, or if you need to request a temporary pause whilst you catch up, please connect with our Guest Concierge Team, or our Gues

Can I share my membership discount with friends + family?

Your membership discount on treatment and product is exclusive to you as the member.

How does payment work?

We’ll keep your credit card on file and automatically bill you on either the 1st or 15th of each month (you choose which date when you sign up). Each payment credits your Formula Fig profile with one member facial to be used within that month.

What is your Membership policy?

Memberships are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be combined with any other promotions or offers. Monthly membership facials cannot be carried forward and expire after six weeks from monthly payment. Members with accounts in good standing
